There is much knowledge about mental health and well-being however access to the services required can be difficult. This could be as result of long waiting lists or affordability or simply squeezing in time for sessions people from getting the support necessary.

The pricing for our services starts from £10 per hour depending on the level of experience of your counsellor. Our £10 offering is there to make this service available to everyone, if you are able to afford more than £10 please do not take advantage of this service so that people who really need it are able to access the service.
