An online programme consisting of: Tailormade group workshops, peer support group, weekly life coaching and alternative therapies.
Initial Assessment 6 Therapist-Led Group Sessions Weekly (1hr each) 2 Psychoeducational Workshops Weekly (1hr each) 1:1 Coaching Session Weekly Additional Support Continued Care Programme (CCP) Bio-Psycho-Social Assessment Psychiatric Assessment (if required)

Omnia Discovery Empower
The OND(E) Empower Programme is a an online programme designed specifically for young people aged 13–25 navigating recovery, neurodiversity, and mental health challenges.
