Whether you’re seeking support for mental health challenges, grief, relationship issues, ADHD, Neurodiversity, addiction, or behavioural challenges, our FAQs provide the information you need to begin your journey.
We offer flexible, compassionate, trauma-informed care tailored to those managing alcohol or drug addiction in a non-abstinence-based way, and anyone facing a wide range of struggles, including ADHD, grief, and relationship issues and neurodivergent individuals, always with your unique journey in mind.
Our programme is designed for a wide range of individuals, including:
- Professionals & Executives needing discreet, flexible support.
- Expats & Frequent Travelers seeking consistent care across time zones.
- Individuals Managing Chronic Conditions balancing mental and physical health.
- Neurodivergent Individuals with ADHD, autism, BPD, or sensory sensitivities.
- People Seeking Non-Abstinence-Based Support looking for structured, clinically-led alternatives.
- Anyone Feeling Stuck or Isolated needing expert guidance in a compassionate, results-driven setting.
- Individuals that have already been through residential rehabilitation and need further support.
Our programmes vary however they run for a minimum of 12 weeks and include:
- An initial assessment to tailor the programme to your needs.
- 6 therapist-led group sessions per week (1 hour each).
- 2 psychoeducational workshops per week (1 hour each).
- 1 weekly one-on-one coaching session for personalized support.
- Additional Support
If you need additional support, we offer extra therapy sessions through Omnia Therapy. Get in touch, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
We understand that helping someone navigate mental health challenges can be difficult for family members too. Omnia therapy can help support family members also needing help during this difficult time.
Unlike traditional inpatient or clinical settings, OND provides:
✔ A fully remote experience, so you can access support from anywhere.
✔ Sessions outside of standard working hours.
✔ A holistic focus on daily challenges and education rather than just past trauma.
✔ A small group setting with individualized attention.
Our structured weekly schedule ensures flexibility while providing consistent support:
🟢 Monday (6pm – 8pm) – Online Group & Workshop
🟢 Tuesday (6pm – 7pm) – Online Group
🟢 Thursday (6pm – 8pm) – Online Group & Workshop
🟢 Friday (6pm – 7pm) – Online Meeting
🟢 Saturday (10am – 11am) – Online Group
🟢 Sunday (10am – 11am) – Online & CCP Group
Yes! We specialise in neurodiverse-friendly care and adapt our approach to accommodate ADHD, autism, sensory sensitivities, and executive function challenges.
Absolutely. Our sessions are scheduled outside traditional working hours, making it easy to balance professional commitments while receiving support.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you miss a session, you can catch up by:
- Attending an alternative session later in the week.
- Accessing session materials and key takeaways shared with participants.
- Speaking with your coach during your one-on-one session to stay on track.
Our flexible approach ensures you receive the support you need, even if your schedule changes.

Once your programme has finished you will be able to attend one group a week for as long as you need for free.
If you would like to have longer term 1-1 support, then Omnia Therapy will be able to provide this for you.
